Privacy policy
Last updated 26 October 2026 · This page covers the Rooqa website and its early-access list.
No one at Rooqa reads your entries unless you choose to share them. Your information is never sold, and never used to train outside AI. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
What we collect when you join the early list
- Your email address.
- The loop you picked on the page, if you picked one.
- The language you were reading in, and your country (worked out from your connection, not your exact location).
- Which button you joined from, and the ad campaign that brought you, if any.
- The time you joined, and your consent.
We do not ask for your name, and nothing you tap on the page is stored unless you join.
Why we use it
- To tell you when Rooqa opens, and to send you an occasional update about it.
- To understand which loops people relate to, and which campaigns reach them, so we know whether to build Rooqa.
You can leave the list at any time by replying to any email from us, or by writing to the address below.
Where it is stored
The list is kept in a private Google Sheet (Google) and the website runs on Cloudflare. Both may store and process data outside your country, including in the United States and Europe. By ticking the box when you join, you agree to this transfer.
Advertising pixels
This marketing page may use measurement pixels from Meta, Snapchat and TikTok to see which ads lead to signups. They may set cookies in your browser. Pixels are only on this page, never inside the Rooqa app.
Inside the Rooqa app (when it launches)
Your sessions will be encrypted and locked to your account. The text you write will be processed by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to run your session. Rooqa is an AI, not a licensed professional.
How long we keep it
Until Rooqa launches and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to hello@getrooqa.com. We reply within 30 days.

لا أحد في روقة يقرأ ما تكتبه إلا إذا اخترت أن تشاركه. لا نبيع معلوماتك أبدًا، ولا نستخدمها لتدريب أي ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي. ويمكنك أن تطلب حذف كل شيء متى شئت.
ما نجمعه حين تنضم إلى القائمة المبكرة
- بريدك الإلكتروني.
- الدوّامة التي اخترتها في الصفحة، إن اخترت واحدة.
- اللغة التي كنت تقرأ بها، وبلدك (نستنتجه من اتصالك، لا من موقعك الدقيق).
- الزر الذي انضممت منه، والحملة الإعلانية التي أوصلتك إن وُجدت.
- وقت انضمامك، وموافقتك.
لا نطلب اسمك، ولا نحفظ شيئًا مما تختاره في الصفحة إلا إذا انضممت.
لماذا نستخدمها
- لنخبرك حين تفتح روقة، ولنرسل إليك تحديثًا بين حين وآخر.
- لنفهم أيّ الدوّامات تشبه الناس، وأيّ الحملات تصل إليهم، فنعرف إن كان علينا بناء روقة.
يمكنك مغادرة القائمة متى شئت بالردّ على أي رسالة منّا، أو بمراسلتنا على العنوان أدناه.
أين تُحفظ
تُحفظ القائمة في جدول خاص على Google Sheets (من Google)، ويعمل الموقع على Cloudflare. وقد تُحفظ البيانات وتُعالج خارج بلدك، ومن ذلك الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا. وبوضع العلامة عند الانضمام، توافق على هذا النقل.
بكسلات الإعلانات
قد تستخدم هذه الصفحة التسويقية بكسلات قياس من Meta وSnapchat وTikTok لنعرف أيّ الإعلانات تؤدي إلى التسجيل، وقد تضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط في متصفحك. هذه البكسلات في هذه الصفحة فقط، ولن تكون داخل تطبيق روقة أبدًا.
داخل تطبيق روقة (عند إطلاقه)
ستكون جلساتك مشفّرة ومقفلة بحسابك. وسيعالج Claude، وهو نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي من شركة Anthropic، ما تكتبه لتشغيل جلستك. روقة ذكاء اصطناعي، وليست مختصًا مرخّصًا.
مدة الاحتفاظ
حتى إطلاق روقة ولمدة تصل إلى ١٢ شهرًا بعده، ما لم تطلب الحذف قبل ذلك.
حقوقك
يمكنك أن تطلب الاطلاع على معلوماتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو سحب موافقتك، في أي وقت. راسلنا على hello@getrooqa.com، ونردّ خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
